Beverly Hills Outdoor Kitchen & Patio

Our client had a small, outdated patio that was starting to shift and settle from poor installation. The old patio had two levels that made the space feel even smaller and unusable. And it was lacking space for entertainment and hosting. The yard also had poor drainage and bad grade.

We removed the old patio and made it one level, this allowed us to utilize the square footage without having to build a massive patio space. We then added an outdoor kitchen and bartop with a BBQ and Refrigerator. A wood burning firepit was built into the design, and perennials and evergreen shrubs were planted around the patio and yard to create privacy for the space. Night lighting was included so they can utilize the space late into the evenings. We removed the entire lawn, regraded the yard for proper drainage and smooth grade, and installed new sod and irrigation system.
