Problem:
Our client had purchased this fixer upper that had a neglected landscape and a big backyard with a lot of potential.
Solution:
We created the ultimate outdoor living space; they can vacation in their backyard. A large 40’x16’ fiberglass pool was installed, a custom gazebo made from cedar and knotty pine, fire pit, spa, artificial turf and a large paver area.

Materials-
Unilock Beacon Hill XL Paver (Opal Color), Unilock Hollandstone Premiere (Dark Charcoal Color), Imagine Illusion 40’ in Coral Reef Blue. Hayward Colorlogic LED lights and full optimization using Hayward’s Omni Panel. The pool is powered by Haywards a 1.8 Horsepower variable speed Pump and heated with Haywards 250k BTU heater. Auto-cover pool cover. Knotty pine and cedar wrapped gazebo with asphalt shingle roof, Artificial turf seating area.
