Problem:
The previous homeowner installed the pond and it was not properly built, creating a leaky and maintenance nightmare of a pond.
Solution:
We removed the old pond, installed a biofall and skimmer for proper filtration, and utilized the hillside to create a stream and multiple waterfalls.
