Our client had moved from out of state and spent months renovating their home, they were very clear that they did not want to General Contract their project. Hiring one firm that could oversee the entire design and installation of their project was most important. It was a small lot with terrible access, so we had to think outside the box to make this project work.

We went back and forth with the city and HOA for a few months to find a solution to make sure our client got a pool in their backyard. The neighbor was nice enough to let us use their driveway for nearly 2 months to get this pool in the ground. We had to hire a large 75 ton crane to hoist the pool shell over the house from the street to get it into the backyard. We were very restricted on the coverage, so we had to find a pool that was big enough for them to enjoy but not jeopardize the patio space around the pool.
